Faulty Items:

We will happily accept the return of any product which is damaged, or does not match the description of what you ordered. BuzzCases must be contacted via email within 48 hours of receiving your goods and provided with photo evidence for verification. You will be issued a return address of where to send your goods, and they must be received back within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date, in the condition they originally arrived in, to be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.

What is not covered:

  • Misuse, mishanding, accidents or lack of care of the device or case
  • General wear and tear of the device or case
  • Damage caused by unauthorised or  improper maintenance or repair
  • Modifciation or alteration to the device or case
  • Use of the device or case for other than its intended use

30 Day Exchange Guarantee:

Goods returned to us because of change of mind must be unused and in perfect re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions etc.) otherwise we will not be able to provide you with a credit.

Items must be returned within (30) days of the purchase date. If you instigate a return due to change of mind, you will be responsible for all associated costs due to returning the item.

Sale goods are non-returnable unless faulty
